Pass the Audit. Not Just the Walkthrough.
Anyone can clean a warehouse. Very few can hand you the documentation that proves it.
When an AIB inspector, an SQF auditor, or a customer quality team walks your facility, “we clean regularly” is not an answer. They want a master sanitation schedule, defined SOPs, completion records, corrective action logs, and evidence that the program runs whether or not anyone’s watching.
Mid South Janitorial builds and executes sanitation programs that hold up under inspection — for food-grade warehouses, 3PLs, co-packers, and manufacturing facilities across Dallas-Fort Worth.
The Difference Between Cleaning and Sanitation
A cleaning vendor removes what’s visible. A sanitation program controls what causes findings: harborage points, condensation, residue in overhead structures, sanitation of food-contact and non-contact surfaces, pest conducive conditions, and the paper trail that ties it all together.
We do both, and we document the second one.
What's Included
Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) Development
We map your facility zone by zone, assign frequencies, and build the schedule auditors expect to see. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks with defined ownership.
Written Sanitation SOPs
Task-level procedures covering chemicals, dilution, contact time, PPE, sequence, and verification. Written so your team can actually follow them.
Pre-Audit Deep Sanitation
Scheduled ahead of your audit window: overhead structures, rack uprights and beams, wall/floor junctions, drains, dock levelers and pits, equipment bases, and the corners that always generate findings.
Zone-Based Execution
Non-food-contact, food-contact, and packaging zones handled with separated tooling and color-coded equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
Verification & Documentation
Photo-verified completion logs, sign-off sheets, and — delivered in a format you can hand directly to an auditor.
Corrective Action Support
Findings from your last audit become a work plan with deadlines, not a PDF in a drawer.
Pest Conducive Condition Reduction
We don't apply pesticides — we remove what attracts pests. Spillage, standing water, harborage, exterior debris, and dock gaps get identified and addressed in the sanitation scope.
Standards We Build To
AIB International · GMP · FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements · SQF · BRCGS · OSHA · EPA · ANSI/ISSA
Built by Operators, Not Just Cleaners
Mid South Janitorial is led by Mikhail Allen with more than a decade running warehouse and distribution operations at scale — including multi-site operations across North America. We've been on the receiving end of the audit. We know what gets flagged, why it gets flagged, and what the documentation needs to look like before the inspector arrives.
That's why our sanitation program comes with a binder, not just a crew.
